Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Radiantering LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable:

Sun-protective face covers or masks

Arm sleeves and intimate-wear items

Gift cards or promotional items

Final sale or clearance items
To complete your return, a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please do not send your return to the original manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

Any product not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
